walking over königsee
yesterday (yes, i had off 
) we walked over the königsee. it was frozen. the first time since 9 years.since the place looked just too crowded the week end we planned to have our walk on monday early morning. we managed to be there on monday – we failed on being there early. and as we arrived round 11:00 the königsee-parking was already crowded again. wunderskitag am jenner
heute sind wir gaaanz gemütlich zum skifahren. gaaanz gemütlich heißt, daß wir bis 10 ausgeschlafen haben, dann ausgiebig gefrühstückt und erst um 13 am jenner waren.trotzdem war der tag wunderschön: viel, schöner schnee, blauer himmel und ein skigebiet daß zwar klein und bekannt ist, aber immer wieder freude macht!als wir 3 (beate, tommi, till) abseits der pisten durch einsame, tiefverschneite latschenhänge wedelten, entdeckte tommi etwas Read the rest of this entry »
ski at "la grave"
last week end i had the chance to go skiing with 2 friends. we started in grenoble and went to “la grave”. it’s a great ski resort – and of a very special flavour: they have no slopes – just a great mountain and a ski lift. yes: ONE ski lift. well, there are actually two of them, but one after the other so they act as one long. very long. as you can see on the little map the lifts go up 2’150 m.another thing that is special about la grave: they have no slopes.
